Behavioural help for Aggressive, Reactive, Fearful dogs in Reading, Berkshire and South Oxfordshire.
Even if you have tried everything and nothing has worked, I can help you turn things around.
“We thought we might have to put our dog down — now life is a joy, both - at home and on walks.”
Esther & Rudy
I'm a qualified behaviourist, however beyond the qualifications, I also understand what it feels like to live with a dog who is reactive, fearful or aggressive — because I’ve been there myself.
From my first dog - a Labrador puppy called Nika, who was misunderstood and mishandled on old-fashioned advice, to my rescue Stabyhoun who was scheduled for euthanasia due to aggression, before he came to us - my journey into behaviour work was personal before it was professional.
I know how it feels to love a dog who is struggling.
I also know that behaviour change is absolutely possible, and I would love to help you achieve the change you crave and the life you deserve with your dog.

Life with a fearful, reactive or aggressive dog can feel overwhelming...
The barking, lunging, growling — or worse, biting — can turn everyday activities into high-stress situations. It’s not just the dog that’s struggling. You are too.
Whether you're dealing with a powerful dog, a complex rescue, or just feel totally out of your depth, you’re not alone — and you haven’t failed.
"Walks have gone from being a stressful experience to being enjoyable and fun, as they should be."
Lina & Lyra

Qualified Behaviourist recommended by vets (IMDTB, ABTC - ATI, Dog Behaviour and Training Charter).
Qualifications matter — and I have those. But just as important is understanding what it actually feels like to live with a dog who is reactive, fearful, or aggressive. And I do.
I’ve lived with dogs who bark, lunge, and even bite.
Nero, one of my own dogs, was on the brink of being euthanised before he came to us. It wasn’t easy — but understanding his needs and helping him feel safe was the turning point.
I’ve been the one feeling out of my depth, overwhelmed, and unsure what to do next.
That’s why every family I work with is met with empathy, not judgement.
You’re not a bad owner — your dog isn’t broken. You're simply in the middle of a story that can change, and I’m here to help you write the next chapter.

What to Expect:
Step 1: Free Discovery Call (15 mins)
A short phone call where you can talk me through what’s going on and ask any questions. There’s no pressure — just a chance to see if we’re the right fit, and for me to learn a bit more about your dog and the challenges you're facing.
Step 2: Veterinary Referral
If your vet hasn’t already been in touch, I’ll ask you to send them a short referral form. This helps ensure your dog is physically well enough for behaviour work and allows us to rule out any underlying health concerns. I’ll continue to liaise with your vet throughout the process and may recommend further checks if needed.
Step 3: Behaviour Consultation
A 90-minute consultation, either at your home or one of my training venues. We’ll take an in-depth look at your dog’s behaviour, history, environment, and emotional wellbeing — and begin working on practical exercises to form the foundation of your dog’s behaviour change plan.
Step 4: Personalised Action Plan
You’ll receive a clear, tailored plan that fits both your dog and your lifestyle. No generic advice — just science-based, compassionate guidance delivered with empathy and without judgement.
Step 5: Ongoing Support
Behaviour change takes time. That’s why I offer follow-up packages with continued support between sessions, so we can build on progress and navigate challenges together.

How much does a Dog Behaviourist Cost?
The initial 90-minute consultation is £175. Follow-up support is available in a range of packages, depending on your dog’s needs and the level of guidance you'd like going forward. We’ll discuss the best option for you during your consultation.
To give you an idea, individual follow up sessions (approximately an hour) after the initial consultation are £100.
I also run small group classes for Reactive dogs, that may be suitable for your dog, following an initial consultation.
"After the initial behavioural consultation (which was fantastic) we recently completed the reactive to relaxed class.
The difference this has made for my dog Skylar is unbelievable. By the end of four weeks she was not barking or lunging at other dogs in class, and we have seen a huge difference in her day to day life, she is more confident and a much happier dog. Thank you so much to Tash and Ian for helping Skylar with her fears! We feel well equipped to help her feel more comfortable with the world around her and you’ve made all of our lives better!"
