Foundation Course

This 4 week foundation-level course is perfect for gundogs and crosses in pet homes.

Does your Labrador constantly pick things up when out on walks, or does your Spaniel chase birds and look for things to do? Do you struggle to tire your Cockapoo out with physical exercise?

Gundogs are some of the most common breeds we have in our homes. As working dogs they have been bred to fulfil a specific function and if we don't give them a job to do, they are likely to go 'self-employed', and we may not like the outcome!

This course will help you to tap into these natural abilities, resulting in a happy, fulfilled pooch, while improving all-important behaviours such as recall and walking on a loose lead.

Gundog Classes - £120 - four week course

This course is for dogs who have completed some basic training, and who are at least 6 months old.

This course will cover:

Foundations of heelwork
Handling at distance
Focus and steadiness
Improving Recall
Introduction to whistles

Progression Course

This 6 week progressive course is perfect for those who have completed the Foundation course and are looking to take their training to the next level. The curriculum will help you prepare for the Gundog Club Grade 1 & 2 assessments.
