Cancellation Policy

Dogs Be Dogs - Terms & Conditions By booking with Dogs Be Dogs you agree to these terms, which comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contract A binding contract is formed on completion of booking. Your confirmation email is your receipt - check spam if it doesn’t arrive within 24 hours. Our approach We train using reward-based, force-free methods. Please bring high-value treats to every session. Photography We may photograph or film dogs during sessions for use on our website and social media. Let your trainer know before the session if you’d prefer your dog not to be included. In class • Keep your dog on lead unless instructed otherwise • Give other dogs space until invited to approach • Clear up after your dog • Follow all trainer instructions • Report any incident to a team member immediately • If your dog is in season, contact us before attending • If unsure whether your dog is fit to attend, seek veterinary advice • Cars parked at owners’ risk Your right to cancel You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for any reason. If sessions have taken place within that window, their cost will be deducted from your refund. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@dogsbedogs.co.uk. Cancellations after 14 days All cancellations must be requested in writing to info@dogsbedogs.co.uk. • 14+ days before first session: full refund minus £10 admin fee, or free transfer to a future date at no extra charge • Within 14 days of first session: no refund; we will do our best to offer a transfer to a future date • Non-attendance without notice: no refund and no transfer • Missed session due to illness: contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange an alternative date Changes We reserve the right to change content, timing, venue or trainer. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or free transfer. In exceptional circumstances (eg. another pandemic) sessions may move online. Travel is at attendees’ own risk. Abusive behaviour We reserve the right to remove anyone who is abusive to a person, staff member or dog. No refund will be given. Data & Payment Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. Payment is handled securely by Stripe - no card details are stored by us.
